Guiding Souls Home Care, Inc. is a family-owned, licensed non-medical home care agency serving the greater Sacramento region, including Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado counties. We provide non-medical in-home support, including help with daily living, companion care, respite for families, and around the clock care.

Use of this website

The content here is for general information about our services. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Requesting an assessment

Contacting us through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a care agreement and it does not guarantee that services are available in your area or at the times you need. Care begins only after a free in-home assessment and a signed service agreement.

Text messaging program

Who sends the messages: Guiding Souls Home Care, Inc.

What we send: appointment confirmations, in-home assessment reminders, care related updates, and replies to questions you have asked us.

How often: message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Most people receive a few messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.

Getting help: reply HELP to any message, email admin@guidingsoulshomecare.com, or call (916) 229-8120.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything or of receiving care from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Caregiver applications

Submitting an employment application does not create an offer of employment or any employment relationship. Positions are subject to background checks, reference checks and applicable state requirements.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Guiding Souls Home Care, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
